How does the application process work?
Your group applications should be submitted either in person or through the web portal.
What are the costs associated with applying?
The application fee is $35 per person.
Do we apply as a group or as individuals?
If more than one person will be living on the property, then you must apply as a group.
How much will the security deposit be?
The security deposit is generally equal to one month's rent. Some exceptions may apply on an individual basis.
